OK tb, I'll keep our dialogue alive.

Great move on the price reduction. NOW, you're competitive.
I'll admit that I'm responsible for 4-5/2111.

I believe that part of the reason you've gotten so many hits, yet nobody interested, is because Pelican Parts is a car enthusiasts' web site. Air cooled Porsche 911's in particular. But we're all car guys/gals, so we like looking at cars, talking cars, but not necessarily looking to buy a car. (unless it's a desirable rarer classic, e.g. 911, any M, 2002, etc)
Hence plenty of hits/no calls.

Another reason is (2) in my first post. Too many of these cars for sale now. 44 of them within 100 miles of me (Los Angeles)

Do you have ads in typical 'for sale' sites? (e.g. Craigslist, AutoTrader, etc) Or a BMW specific site, e.g.: https://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/forum.php

Price is right. Car looks clean. If you were within 100 miles of me, I'd check it out (I actually am looking for a 4 series).
Should sell soon.
Good Luck with sales
