Squeaky Urethane Bushings

About a month ago my mechanic installed urethane subframe, trailing arm, differential bushings. I know that urethane bushings are supposed to be noisier than regular bushings but they've started to squeak very loudly, mostly from the trailing arms. Do I need to relube them? Unload or preload the trailing arms? Should I install grease fittings or will this weaken the trailing arms? I have a 1990 325 i. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
