e30 idle surge / scan tool readout

For a year now I have had a penny in the air valve to manifold hose. With the idle turned up a bit the car starts ( weak) and idles well at 800.

I have done everything anyone ever suggested to repair it - obviously I missed something/

Either a vacum leak or an electrical issue .

Scan tool shows no faults. The R5 FCX / Peake shows no fault.

Gotta be a vacum leake - The Pelican Kit looks pretty good ,

Also the AFM is clicked up 5 notches - , No cat. - the car stinks of fuel sometimes after starting

Runs great on the road.
