Lightbulb Bmw +turbo=?

HERES THE DEAL: ok guys there is 6 seconds on the clock and one down left. Im in the red two yards from the winning td help me out if you can. So i have acquired a rebuilt turbo,t3, and an intercooler from a 91 first generation eclipse/talon. You know the diamond star engines and all that jazz. Anyway i have the abiltiies to create a manifold and bolt the ***** on. However, i am getting all kinds of feedback about the effect on my motor. What do i really need to do to run this thing at a relatively low psi gaining a little horse here and there. I have a 1988 super eta 325. The engine has been maticulously maintained, but has 162 thou on it. What do i need to do to insure stability and have a little umpf. Some say rebuild the whole engine. others say after market a injectors strap the turbo on and call it a day. im confused and elated all at the same time. Is this practical, should i do it and how would someone go about doing it to insure stability in the bmw tradition of things. ALSO WHERE CAN I GET A CHEAP FRONT FENDER! IM REPAINTING IN 2 MONTHS! PASSENGERS SIDE! Later guys, please give me some techy dork info as well as opinions.

BANANA MAN , i dont have alot of experiance with turbochargers but i know a few things. i turbocharged my wife's 89 vw cabriolet not to long ago,and what you may want to do first is get a compression and leakdown test done in order to find out what condition you motor is in . if your engine has been well maintained i don't think you will have to many poblems . then look at the way the current kits offered for you car are designed . Korman offers a kit for e30s from Mosselman for alot of $$$ but you do not have to spend that much, the hardest thing i had to overcome on my wifes car was the fuel delivery which i finally overcame by using the injectors from a vw corrado and dialling the boost down to 5psi , even at that low boost the car flys . just get all the info you can find and take your time . i had to limp the cabriolet home a few times before i got it right . just don't crank up the boost to much . one more thing i think someone has a kit with intercooler ,turbo and exhaust manifold for an m20 engine on ebay just seach under bmw e30.hope this helps
