Darn wiper mechanism

Been looking through my car for a water leak - and guess what I find.

The wiper linkage is broken.

Not the moving part - the stationary section right where the rotating pin come through.

Does anybody have a link to a procedure to remove this piece?

Also, looks like it's time to rebuild the wiper mechanism. Does anybody know where I can find the microfiche for this assembly so I can order all the proper washers, o-rings, pivot pins, and obviously the stationay link arm.
