Question Rear Wheel Bearing

I have 95 318i and the rear wheel bearing are out. Is the replacement hard to do? Also, I have an after market service reset tool, and it used to work just fine till recently it won't reset my service light. Any ideas why????

I dont know if it is hard or not - however, the previous owner of my car had to have the rear wheel bearing ahd hub replaced. Im looking at the receipt and it says $398 including labor, tax, and parts. However, previous owner got it done at a lame ol 76 station.
