Convertible top tension straps fixed

Well, sort of...

If your rear window is not pulling up far enough, and the deck lid cover is hitting it, here is what I have found.

As the rear window nears the pinnacle of its climb. Twist around to the right slightly. Reach near the back part of the roof, run your hands along the fabiric, towards the rear of the car. Yo will come across a bar that runs horizontally. Gently grab it through the lining and gently pull it. This will pull the rear window the rest of the way. Better than spending $800 to get it fixed. I have done it 10 times and it has worked like a charm! I don't know if this is bad in the long run, but I am doing it until I find otherwise.
