Talking M3 Obsession!

Newbie Mike here again. Man..First I gotta say that there is no other Driving Machine in the world like a Bimer. This is by far the most fun I have ever had driving a Car! I have been driving for 24 years now and have been drivng Honda Preludes starting with a New 1988 Prelude with 4 Wheel Steering. I always loved the way the Honda handled ( better than most in it's class ) 4 Wheel steering is an amazing and effective option. And until recently a 1991 Honda Prelude 5 Speed also with 4 Wheel Steering. All this aside..I finally gave in and purchased my Dream Car..1998 BMW 5 Speed M3 Convertible 51,000 Miles, Cosmos Black Metallic, Black SoftTop all the options Including Special order Magma Interior Leather, 18 ' Kuhmo ecsta supra Tires mounted on MOPA Alloy Rims. I just Installed a K40 Laser/Radar Detector / Difusser Plus. In the Bumper rear & Front Undetectable. Supposed to be better than even the Vanetine Model. I gotta say man..this car is so much more than I could have ever imagined drivewise. The feel is so soild and the car handles like nothing I have ever driven before, including the new 2003 Vet! I want to drive it everwhere, I wake up in the morning and look forward to driving in it...Is there something wrong with me ? LOL...Open roads are this cars best friend. I just had the dealer replace my Rear plastic window..Huge difference...Like Cataract Surgery! Im searching for a Hardtop Now..I do not have a garage and plan on using the car all year, plus I really like the way the Hardtop changes the look of the Car. I discovered a great German Parts company : GERMANSTUFF4YOU : I ordered the Red Angel Eyes, Rear Smoked Tailights & Smoked Corner Lights. I also ordered a Spoiler on E-bay painted without the light for under $300.00 & Smoked Front Grill Housings & Finally ..Eyelids & French Fog Light Transparencies.Im still trying to learn if an under the Hood light kit exisits? Hey! This is addicting! But Enjoying every minute of it! ........

Mikey,
I feel the same way about my M3.

Unfortunetly work is still a little slow round these parts, so Ive had to put the upgrades on hold for a little while.

But nontheless I do sooo love the bimmer.
