 first frost of yr and car wont turn over , at all ok its about 34 degress out right now , i was in a hurry to get to work , but car wotn start . turn the key , all lights are on , like normal , but thats it ; nothen else happens , not even click n like the starter fried . so i got it sittn out in the sun now , hope n to let it warm up . any 1 have any  ideas on what could be the problem ????? its never done this before  84'318 |

 Do you have an alarm system? Could be the fuse to the ignition cut-out circuit that is blown. Or as it was in my case, when I experienced exactly the same symptoms as you, the contacts on the fuse had corroded. I replaced the open fusebox supplied with my alarm with a closed unit. Tom |

 TY for the help , it ended up being the starter sillniod , o got 137 tho out of it and its already at a local shop bieng rebuilt =) |

 How difficult was it to remove the starter? Looks like it would be a bit of a pain.. |

 well i had to remove the compete air box system , alternator , and the top heater core hose that runs to the back of the water pump . the hardest part for me was getting the top bolt out of the starter , alll in all , i took about 2 hrs to get out and about 1 1/2 to get all back together . |
