Leakage 99 328 Cab

Hello a couple of questions for anyone out there that can assist.
I have a 99 328i cab and have been experiencing the following problems lately. Initially I began to have minor water leakage at the leading edge of the hard top where it seals to the windscreen.
When I removed the hard top this Spring I found the soft top sealed well until!! Now I seem to have the same problem with the soft top. Drips from the same spot, all of which fall on either seat edge. Is there a simple fix, the seals all look good, no cracking that I can see. Any solutions out there short of replacing all the seals.
Another recent problem I am getting is a periodoc message indicating the washer fluid is low when it is always full. Sensor?
Anyone had a similar problem?
