Spark Plug Change interval

Is there a standard mileage interval to change spark plugs? Also the Bosch Platinum Plugs - Do these last longer and is there a recommended mileage change interval?

Best advice: stick with stock Bosch BMW recommended plugs. Your Motronic ignition will thank you for it and the car will run right. I have "tried" others and stuck with the correct Bosch plugs. Pelican sells them here.

I usually pull them and change them every 15-20K miles. Depends on what they look like and what the gap has erroded to. I just did an oil change and changed the plugs in preparation for an emissions test. 206,xxx miles and passed with flying colors. :)
