abs problem maybe

ok last night i changed the front rotors with a new one and pads as well. i thightened all the bolts on the brake and double check it but that sound (spring bouncing and a little bit of dragging) still there. my dad told me that it was probably my abs but i never touched my abs except for the relay under the dash.. is he correct or is there something else that's wrong. my master cylinder are new as well. it happens when my car comes to a stop. just before it stops that sound comes and the pedal comes forward almost to the floor and then it lifts backward a little bit.. please help. i did not see this on my bentley manual

That sounds like you might have air in your abs system.

When you bleed the brakes, press on the pedal hard for 15 seconds before starting. This will push the air bubble out of the abs system and allow your brakes to be bled properly. (according to Bentley).

OK WE TRIED bleeding the system again but that sound is still there.... i guess i have to take it to a brake specialist next week to see what is the problem with my brakes.... what's a abs wheel sensor is for?
