ok last night i changed the front rotors with a new one and pads as well. i thightened all the bolts on the brake and double check it but that sound (spring bouncing and a little bit of dragging

That sounds like you might have air in your abs system.
When you bleed the brakes, press on the pedal hard for 15 seconds before starting. This will push the air bubble out of the abs system and allow your brakes to be bled properly. (according to Bentley).

OK WE TRIED bleeding the system again but that sound is still there.... i guess i have to take it to a brake specialist next week to see what is the problem with my brakes.... what's a abs wheel sensor is for?
