I was wondering if anyone out there has any idea's, suggestions, comments, or hints on the best way to buy vinal and do it your self over the current leather??? Any help would be great! I'm having the driver's seat redone on my 92 at a local upholstery shop. They will restich a new bottom and one of the side bolsters in leather and they will redye te rest of the leather to match. It is costing me $375 for the entire job. The guy at the shop told me that he would do just the botom for about 80 to 100 bucks. I have seen their work, they do a lot of BMWs and Mercedes and their craftsmanship is excellent. You may want to hit upa few shops in your area and look at their work.

Ok cool thx for the advice have one around the corner. Hopefully I can get a close deal to that. That seems like a good deal. Do they die all the seats or just that one for the total price?

They dye all the seats and it looks great. Depending on how much lether they have to replace the price would be higher or lower.
