325is with dash lights malfunction?

Hi, I'm going to be looking at possibly buying a 1993 325is this upcoming week. The car has 136K miles on it and I'd like to get another 100K miles out of it..not sure how realistic that is though.

I've talked to the owner and he mentioned that some of the lights in the dash do not work. He was not sure exactly which ones but mentioned temperature/fan. He said "maybe the lamps need replacing".

Is this a big issue? Would it be $$ to fix, and if so, could I just drive the car without fixing it for a long time?

If this is indeed just a problem with the lightbulbs in the back of the gauge cluster, then I think I have found the answers:

&

Could it be more than just bulbs though? Like some onboard computer problem?
