BMW Roundel Selling 1984 944 Looking for a E36 3-series

I am currently trying to sell my 1984 944 as of the monent. i am not sure wether i am going to sell it or part it out. i also got a bmw 325e 1985 about a year a go and started to get into the whole bmw thing. Now i am interested in getting rid of my 944 and getting a E36 3-series BMW. I am looking for probably a 2 door black one, eventually. Is there anything i should know about them or any info on purchasing. i am probably going to join the BMW club in the Pacific NW sector. I was also told by the BMW club to not get a e36 3-series 1996 and up because of the electrical system is more advanced than the 1992-1995 and it is harder to work on and do things to it. Anybody have any info on buying an E36 3-series? I live in washington state if anyone has any sources on buying them in that area. i am probably willing to travel 500-600 miles at the very most to get the car. THanks!
