Rough Idle / No codes

Lately I've noticed a rough Idle (like a miss) when I start the car. Seems to happen mostly when I turn on the A.C.. It will continue until I get to about 1500- 2000 rpm. It also happens in gear. I ran the codes and all I get is 1444.

Idle Control Valve is where I think I will start. Maybe it is gummed up and needs cleaning. Do they operated like a Porsche ICV with a plunger type actuator?

Also thought coil pack, but it runs great after reaching 2000rpm.

I will check vacuum hoses also.

What do you guys think?

The ICV operates just about the same as the 911, but the Porsche one is MUCH easier to get at.
