trans conversion
Hello, does anyone know where I can find documentation / tech article to switch my 85 325e auto to a manual? I have a 4hp22 that has recently went south, and purchased a 85 325e 5spd manual parts car.

register. i don't post there but have gathered good supplemental info. (free!)
this guy posts what seems like hundreds of photos and goes well out of his way to provide an extremely informative trans swap article. Drive shafts, linkage, pedals, mounts, clutch, etc.. not real keen on steering anyone away from this great site. Pelican has been invaluable to me. But in this case, regarding an auto to manual trans swap, i would strongly recommend checking this thread out as from one enthusiast to another. Like I said, the guy goes way over the top on pictures and I feel that it would be in your best interest to check it out.
