Where are my ground straps?

Quick question: Can anyone tell me where all of the ground straps are on a '91 325iX? I'm having an issue with dim lights that get brighter with higher RPMs. First thing I'm gonna do is to clean the grounds. Anyone?

One to the hood

One from the battery

One from engine to unibody

Don't know if there is one from tranny to unibody but don't think so.

Check your voltage regulator [built in on Bosch Alternator]. Are you getting 14.3V when engine revved? More? less? Are you starting with a fully charged battery?

The bosch alternators are pretty good. My first one went 125K miles. Am on 90+K miles on second (218K miles total).

My first one went about 160k. If it had gone one more mile I would have made it through the gate of Summit Point rather than being stranded just outside.

Would not having the proper ground straps cause a change in brightness on the lights?
