Turn Signals don’t blink.
 

I have an “88 M3manual tranny. None of the lights blink when I hit the turn signal. Nor do the lights flash when I push the emergency flash, but it lights up. I have checked the bulbs and they all work when the headlights are on. What could be the problem?

Dan,
It sounds to me like you have a wire grounded somewhere. Seeing as it does it when your turn signals AND emergency flasher are pushed,it is highly unlikey that both switches are bad.I would start looking at the wiring going to the signal lights for nicks and check them with a multimeter for any resistance.

Signals Don't Blink - Problem Solved
 

The problem was with the flasher relay. Replaced the relay and everything is working fine.
