Tire size for E36?
Will these sizes fit for my 92 E36 325i? 265/40ZR17 on the rear and 245/45ZR17 on the front?

Depends on your wheel offset and if your car is lowered or not. Those are pretty wide tires, but they may just clear (I think the fronts will clear). What you have to do is actually get up under the rear wheel well and measure maximum width... if you have the room, then you can do it, but you have to get a wheel that lines that width up using the right offset (probably on the high side, which is a +42 or +43). Even if it does clear, you may rub on the sharp corners as the suspension loads up.

Yah, I have a lowered suspension as part of my sport package, & the rear would definatley cause rubbing. I toyed with the idea of wheel spacers for about 2 seconds, but with the lower suspension, the rears have to have to really be right on with the tire size.
