Does anyone know where the Main and OBC relay are on 1989

I dont' think there's a separate relay for the OBC - are you referring to the DME relay when you say "main"?
On the 6-cylinder cars, the main relay is under a separate cover near the power steering reservoir. I think the three relays under there are for main (DME), fuel pump, and an oxygen sensor relay. I'm not sure if the 4-cylinder M3 configuration is more like the six in this respect or the 318. I don't think there's a main relay on the 318, but I'm not 100% sure. I know there's a fuel pump relay... -Wayne
