Vibration in Shifter (clicking vibration noise also)

I'm experiencing a vibration in the shifter of my '93 325i 5-speed.
It only occurs when the car is moving and the vibration is in direct relation with the speed i'm at. You cant see the shifter vibrate, but when you hold it you can definitly feel it. It feel slike a very quick clicking in the shifter.
Its most noticible when the shifter is in neutral and 5'th gear.

This is also causing a slight vibration noise coming form the shifter which is how i noticed this new problem. (probably a loose clip or something making noise due to the vibration)

I did some searches, but didnt really turn up anything. Any idea's on what this could be? (hopefully just the flexdisk or something)

probably the flexidisk, happened to me once on a 1602, the flexidisk was rubbbing against the gearstick linkage

I would guess it's the flex disc, too. A chunk may be fraying off, causing the speed-related vibration.
