Check Control Innactive - how to fix?
 

Bought my 1992 352se Auto a couple of weeks ago. Since I've had it the OBC has not worked - when you start the car it displays "Check Control Innactive - see Handbook", and the Handbook says go see your dealer.

Is there any checks I can do myself before risking a huge bill at the Dealers? All the fuses look fine but I would appreciate any suggestions for what I should try/check?
