a/c blower motor stops working

i have a problem with the a/c blower motor, when i start up the car in the morning it works fine, after about 10 minutes of driving it starts to slow down untill it finally stops, this happens on every speed position. I thought it might be the fan resistor, i looked it up on the Pelican online catalog, the description said if this resistor is faulty, it will cause the fan to only operate on high speed, but mine works on every speed. Any one know what might be causing the problem, and more important what can fix it.

P.S. i hooked up the motor direct to battery and it works fine.
