94 325i won't start

Hi, I have a 94 325i hesitated once when driving, drove home parked car and next morning it won't start. Cranks over but will not start. Local garage replaced cam pos,n sensor and crank pos,n sensor....they decided they really did not know what was wrong and give up....nice.!! I have since disconnected the remote start and immobolizer...same thing. Checked fuel pump and have no power at pump,...and no power at fuel pump fuse. Could it be the fuel pump relay..? Which one is it ? Pump runs if I supply 12v direct to pump, but car still won't start.
Any suggestions ?
