Hi,
I'm new to this forum and thought I'd start my introduction by introducing everyone here to a car problem! I have an e36. Last week it just stoped running out of the blue....I tried starting it again but still no luck. Took it to a mechanic, they ran an injector cleaner through it (twice) and still the same problem! Apparently it's flooding and fouling up the plugs. My next step is to change the injectors. Has anyone had a similar prob? Any help would be appreciated. |

Did you check the fuel pressure regulator? That could cause it to flod if it isn't bleeding off the excess pressure.

also try the air mass meter because if it is faulty it will send the e.c.m false information which could cause it to tell the injectors to inject more fuel because the e.c.m "thinks" the engine "needs" it.
