bad ground ?

hello and thanx for any replies, here is my situation- 1987325e turns over will not start. it has a new fuel pump Has been tested and does work, new fuel filter, new plugs new crankshaft position sensors. i have done extensive troubleshooting. when i jump the fuel pump relay @ pins 30 and 87 i still have no power to fuel pump. and this is the only time i get minimal voltage to the fuel pump fuse. the fuse is good as i have swapped and reswapped. also i just checked the mcu for power to the fuel pump relay and power is present. the other issue with the mcu is i have no voltage present at the voltage supply pins nor when i test the ground pins... I am thinking bad ground

Well I hate to refer people away from Pelican Parts, but there's not much help on here for you. Try the forums at e30tech.com . There are more people with e30s on that board.
