Parts Questions - center bearing & trans mounts

OK - I had the rattling noise crop up after running over a deer here. I am going to replace the center bearing and considering the transmission mounts at the suggestion of another but I have a few questions:

The transmission mounts look OK in place - but is there a way to check them aside from removing them? I see their replacement, part No. 24-71-1-128-372-m65 -- is this for a pair or individual mounts ?

I see two center bearings noted: 26-12-1-226-723-m29 and 26-12-1-226-723-M290. There is a difference in cost - why, and is it worth the difference?

I do not recall any mention of lubricating them prior to installation (and I did not lube the one I installed), are they sealed and permanantly lubricated ?

I also lost the thin rubber band (black) that ran along the base of the front spoiler. I did not see a listing for this item - is it available ?

Thanks for any pointers.
