Question 1991 318ic won't turn over/start

My daughters car was involved in a small fender bender today. She rear ended another car causing only slight damage. She was able to restart the car and move it to a parking lot to exchange Insurance info, but when she went to leave it wouldn't start or turn over. She says she heard a click.
Is their a relay or fuse that could have blown not allowing the starter to be energized?

no fuse for that starter in older model BMW's.

I think it's likely that it's not shooting the starter or it doesn't rotate

So a new starter is needed
