new toy - '86 325

I just bought this 1986 325e which is in serious need of some tender lovin' care.

I've already spent more on parts and tires than the thing cost me, and I haven't even contemplated upgrades yet (well, OK, actually I was thinking about replacing the top end with 325i pieces, but that will have to wait). I'm new to BMW, but not to Pelican (my other ride is a Porsche 911) so I thought I'd just say hello to the Bimmer guys here.

Also, I haven't yet decided whether I'm going to restore it and sell it, restore it and keep it, or strip it and turn it into a track only car. I figured I'd get it at least minimally road-worthy first and then decide. Anybody out there run an eta as a track car?
