Need a little help with my order. just got this car.

I just bought a 89 325iS E30. It has 120,000 miles on it. Now I am unsure what has been done to the car so I am just going to go ahead and replace things that are known to go bad.

this is my list so far. Can anyone add in some things that I might or will need for the job?

I am going to make this a 1-2 day event and replace mostly all these items at the same time.

Main idea is to replace the timing belt and other drive belts. Everything else is a biproduct of this job.

this is what I am adding in when doing the timing belt.

Timing belt
Water pump
Fan Clutch
other belts (no sure what they are, can anyone inform me of their names? and How many there are?)
Sparkplugs (which kind should I get?)
Wires (any recommendations?)
Cap and router.
I am also going to adjust the valves aswell

what gaskets do I need?

I want to order everything from this site, it will be easier on me.

What else would you guys do in my situation?

should I be attending to the differential fluids?

Thanks for your help guys.

Peac,
There are 3 v-belts there:
AC compressor
Alternator
Power steering pump

I would stick to Bosch spark plugs and Bremi distributor cap and rotor.
You may as well change your thermostat while the coolant is drained. Put a new water pump gasket, new valve cover gasket, and a new o-ring for the thermostat. You may also consider changing all coolant hoses if they are still the original ones.
Differential fluid is a good idea to change, as well as the transmission oil/fluid.
I could go on and on, as I changed the brake/clutch fluid, power steering fluid and all power stering hoses on mine (2 out 3 were leaking).

I hope you find this helpful.

DON'T get the bosch plugs that dont gap. It could be said their design is too luxury for the M27 or M10 engines, their "problem blockers" leave out alot of noticable bmw knocks and problems, the original plugs are easier to deal with and last longer in that engine

Happy Motoring
