Angry Tie rod problems

I just replaced my steering rack and now my passenger side tie rod seems loose where it connects to the rack. The new rack had tie rods already installed(long rack) so I did not mess with the inner tie rod joints. Is there something that can loosen and cause this. The ball joint has no play just the shaft to the rack. Please help.

I solved the problem. I put a long rack on and the tie rod knuckle that connects to the rack was worn. The excess play in the joint caused all of the extra wiggle. I replaced the tie rod and all of my problems disappeared. It is nice not to have the power steering fluid leaks in the driveway anymore.
