Crank, not start.

Hey.. Just have a question that's really bothering me right now... Just did an engine swap, and the car won't start. It'll crank, but it won't start. The car isn't getting any spark, nor is fuel pumping. I've jumped the fuel pump relay, and it works, all the relays are good as well. No clue what to do.

Also, the car was sitting for 3 weeks, and the battery was dead, I do have an aftermarket Viper Alarm, and it seems like the alarm has immobilized my vehicle, by killing the fuel pump and ignition coils. Is this a possibility?

Other than that, I'm completely stumped and require assistance. Thanks

Also, it's a 1994 325is with a 95 m50 inside of it.
