Any other immediate options? A guy at autozone said no one in the area has them, and that he took the last two at a distant pepboys a couple weeks ago... I don't suppose washers from Home Depot would serve as a temporary fix...? :\

OK, I think I found a temporary fix until I get a hold of some wheel spacers... I adjusted the ride height until it was basically completely at the top of the adjustable range (that means highest ride height, right?), and now I have a couple mm of clearance! I'm pretty sure that once the car is on the ground, the clearance will increase as the angle between the side of the tire and the strut increases. We'll see in a sec.

The angle between the rim and the strut will not change. The distance between the tire and the strut only changes slightly and only under heavy turning forces.
If moving the height adjuster gives you a couple of mm you will be fine. Please don't use washers. |
Is it hitting with the car back on the ground, or up in the air?

It was rubbing in the air. I raised the ride height almost all the way (it's almost higher than stock now), and there is a couple mm of clearance. I ordered some Rogue 12mm spacers, so that should allow me to lower it back down a bit...
