My window is stuck all the way down. Any idea how to test the motor, ie. apply current to the motor and try to get it to work?
I've been asked how many amps the motor take, and I've no clue. Any suggestions? Many thanks in advance

Thanks very much for your reply. After I posted this, we did more checks. It was weird, but initially when I pressed the switch, there was a click in the motor. We took the plug off and did the checks and couldnt find a problem..but turns out fooling with the plug was the secret. When we put the plug back on, IT WORKS!
I should have known to check the connections, but the click was throwing me off. A little embarrasing, but oh well........ Hope this helps others, and thanks again for your input.
