Head Bolt torque

What should the head bolt torque be on a 88 325is? The new bolts are torx type.

Thanks
Alan

as per la bible (bentley),

"on engines wit torx head bolts, the torque angles can be done with engine cold. there is no specified waiting time or engine temperature."

tightening sequence, left to right, top to bottom, if looking at cyl. head from passenger fender:

12, 10, 4, 2, 6, 8, 14

13, 7, 5, 1, 3, 9, 11

torx head bolts --stage 1 (30 NM/22lb/ft); stage 2 (90 degrees); stage 3 (90 degrees).

unlike the "hex" head bolts, there is no waiting time in between stages

**also, if i'm not mistaken, there's a tech. article here on PP going over the procedure, not sure if the tightening torques are any different, but i wouldn't imagine so. hope this helps
