Help with Project 91 Please!! Installing Colored Guages
 

Hi guys, I've bought a set of colored gauges and installed it following exactly what was said in the book.

Problem encountered.

1. Speedometer and Feul Guage meter not lighting up after installation.
Please advice what i should fix.

2. How do i connect the electricity for the guage?? It isn't stated explicitly in the book and i'm having real hell of a time trying to figure it out.

The book mentions tapping the power for the gauges from the dimmer switch or the headlight switch. I would connect then to the headlight switch so that they come on with the headlights. It could be that either will do the same thing. You'll have to probe the wires coming out of the switch to find the right one.
