Need info on Recalibrating Air Flow Meter on '84 318i

I'm searching for info on recalibrating the air flow meter on my '84 318i.

My starting point was the "BMW Enthusiast's Companion" which discusses this in a section on "L-Jetronic CO and Idle adjustment". It references a publication, "BMW Fuel Injection: An Enlightened Approach", but does not give details and I have not been able to locate a copy of this publication with a Google search.

Would much appreciate getting either first-hand info from anyone with experience with this procedure on the L-Jetronic EMS, or info on where I can pick up a copy of "BMW Fuel Injection: An Enlightened Approach".

Thanks much.

Haven't heard of the "enlightened approach book", but at Barnes & Noble I've seen a "How to Tune: Bosch K/L-Jetronic/Motronic" book in the repair manual section, seems every store has a few copies of it.

Thanks much for the info, Dustn525.

I have a book on Bosch fuel injection similar to the one you mentioned and will resort to digging out the info I need if no one with experience responds and I can't locate the exact reference I am hunting.
