Replacing battery and losing memory
When replacing a car battery and I want to lose the memory on car radios, etc, can I just hook up a battery charger to a plus terminal block and a ground underneath the hood instead of using a memory saver like the one in the link below?

The battery charger 'might' work but I would not do it. Why not get a memory saver or just jumper cable another car battery to yours during the change.

I second Jeron's suggestion.
