1995 E36 325is Coupe, Electrical Start Problem

Hi hopefully someone has run across this before and can point me in the right direction. I went out to my car to start it and it was just dead so i jump started it and drove to work. I figured i would try it to see if it would start and it was again dead. So i started reshutting doors etc and all of a sudden i had full power and could start the car. so for about a month all has been ok. today i went to start my car and it's dead. i tried the door thing again and saw that my inside light was bright, but not enough power to start car. I don't think my battery is bad, but if there is a short or something i need help locating it and if someone has run across this problem before your experience would be invaluable to me as far as fixing or isolating the problem. Please anyone with electrical problems respond to this and help me get my car to run or at least start regularly.

Thanks from the angel,
