problems with turn signals and headlights

Hey guys, I just went back to the great state of TX on leave for 2 weeks and got back yesterday. I started driving back from the airport and halfway back my turn signals just stopped working completely. I decided to do what I always try first, give it a good beating, so I beat the steering column a few times and whadda you know they started working again. They worked like a charm until this morning, they quit working again and beating didn't work, then I put my headlights on and they still worked, but after several seconds a continuous buzzing noise from right above the gauges started and continues until I turn the headlights off. Whats wierd is I've figured out that if I put one of the tuen signals on and turn the headlights on it doesnt buzz. I checked the fuses and everythings fine. So my turn signals are out, but the headlights still work just with that annoying buzz unless I use a turn signal. Any ideas?

Peedo,
Sounds like some relay contacts may have gotten dirty causing a buzz when the relay is energized.
