Hello I am new to this forum and was hoping for some help with an issue. I have a 1993 325is 2 door. last night my passenger door was slammed shut hard and now the anti-pinch feature will not work at all. the window does not lower or raise when opened but works fine with the switch. is there any way to reset this problem. any ideas would be a great help Thanks

so wait the door window wont move if the door is open but if its closed it works fine .. orrr??

the window worked fine with the switch but would not raise or lower the half inch or so when the door was closed and not lower when opened. some sort of anti pinch feature.
I did find the problem seems when the door was slammed a wire connector was undone re connected and it was fine. Most of my repairs do not go so easily
