97 M3 Fast Idle when cold?
 

When starting my 97 M3 cold it idles around 1500 R's until I blip the throttle, then it settles down? Is there anything I can do to stop this. The car has 70K and has been well maintained. How hard is it to get to the Idle Valve with "big fat hands". Thank you for any advice. Kurt.
