M50 engine coil resistance

My 1995 M3 has had a subtle miss in the engine at idle. I removed the plugs and they are all burning very clean, the engine runs great otherwise. I started reading in the Bentley service manual, and they indicate that the resistance across each primary coil should be .4 to .8 ohms. In my six coils, they range from 2.5 ohms to 12.7 ohms. Perhaps my digital meter is not perfectly accurate and my 2.5 ohms is really .8 ohms, but does the large spread of resistance in these coils cause any concern?
