Central locking and heater problem
 

Hi there

I have 1994 316 BMW (e36). I'm having the following problems.

1.I have to lock my car manually with the key. When I lock the doors it unlock itself within a second or 2. I have to repeat the procedure about 10 times before it stays locked.

2. The heater only blows hot air even when set on cold air and it blows all the time.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
