95IC driver side window problem
 

i have a 95 318ic ...... if some one has a convertible they have noticed that the window will go down like 1/4in when u opend the door and up 1/4in when close the door, so that there is a good seal. my driver side window stop doing it any one knows what could be the problem?

(sonting i forgot to mention is that the window does work whit the exeption of the problem metioned)

I think that there may be a limit switch involved in sensing the position of the window.

2 things can be wrong.
1- the microswitch in the door is shot
2- the door latch striker is worn out
