Nice E30 pickings, but how much skill/$$$ to install?

What does it take to replace an interior like this? The guy's auction makes it seem pretty easy that "The front seat bolt in with four bolts each and the rear seats and side panels are all snap/screw in."
Is this right? How much work would be involved in installing a new interior like this?

I'd also LOVE to have that amazing E30 engine the same ebay sellers got on sale but I KNOW that installing an engine is over my head tech wise. I'd take that eng for $2K but how much would install like that cost ballpark?

Replacing the interior required minimal tools or skill.
What worries me about that one is that the pictures don't show the critical wear areas of the driver seat. If the driver seat looks as good as the rest of the seat covers, I would showcase that fact.

$1800 sounds quite pricey to me. By the time you add shipping, you are looking at even more $$$. Besides, the guy doesn't even mention whether this is for coupe, sedan or convertible.
