Question M50 cylinder sleeving

While doing a preventative valve stem seal/springs/head gasket job on my 1994 325i I noticed the cylinder taper is out of specification . The XY dimensions down all cylinders are in specification but near the top of all 6 cylinders the XY dimensions are out to almost or just greater than the second oversize . Out of roundness was O.K. Otherwise the engine runs and idles pretty well . Dry compression before the valve job ( or dry as can be with with this wear and leaky stem seals ) was 179 to 187 psi across all cylinders . Car still smokes on start . Did not replace valve guides but are out of spec ., too. Does anyone have experience with or can these blocks be sleeved ? What about going to second overbore anyway ? Or just drive it till it drops ?
