Wheel repair and straightening...
Hi.
Need a place to have some repairs and straightening/truing to a 7.5x17 inch 5-spoke LTW wheel that's been in an accident. Any recommendations for this? Preferably nearer to the West coast would be nice but I'm not adverse to sending it elsewhere where the results would be better. (Could have searched but I'm out the door to work and wanted to get posted) thanks, tony

In my case, (Sacramento) there is a guy who travels around from dealer to dealer in a big van with a tool shop in the back end. I called the BMW dealer and asked when the van would be there, and I showed up with my rim, clean and without a tire, on that morning. I think he charged me $125.

Many people consider it unsafe to straighten an aluminum wheel. You might try ebay or Bavrian Auto Recycling for a used wheel.
