sunroof leaking

Anybody here can suggest how to fix a broken sunroof? Its leaking water when it rains, and its not working anymore. I dont know if the mechanism or motor is still working but if I push the button it makes that familiar sound as if your opening them. Do I need to replace the entire stuff like motor etc... Please gimme some feedbacks and ideas how to fix them by myself. Thanks!

Here's a pretty good write up...much better than I could explain. Water leakage is probably due to clogged drain holes.
